1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the cekap88 platform (available at cekap88.lat and all associated mobile applications, hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

cekap88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) cekap88 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your membership. cekap88 will not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect or outdated account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify cekap88 immediately at support@cekap88.lat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. cekap88 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

cekap88 operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. We may require you to submit identity documents (MyKad, passport, utility bill, or bank statement) before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cekap88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of local Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, DuitNow, FPX, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within your cekap88 member portal. These amounts may be updated periodically at cekap88's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful KYC verification and any pending wagering requirements on active bonus balances. cekap88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving withdrawals above a certain threshold.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits made from a payment account not registered in your name will be declined and refunded. You must only use payment methods that belong to you. cekap88 will not be responsible for delays or fees imposed by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers extended by cekap88 are governed by specific terms attached to each offer. In the event of conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail. Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated in the applicable promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in the expiry and removal of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cekap88 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, using software to gain an unfair advantage, or colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, cekap88 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

cekap88 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion. Certain promotions may be limited to specific member tiers, game categories, or geographic regions within Malaysia. Promotions are not transferable and hold no cash value unless explicitly stated.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games and sports betting markets on cekap88 are governed by individual game rules available within each product section. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game-specific rules.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on cekap88 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. cekap88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, data feed errors, or system faults. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the respective product interface at the time of placing a wager. cekap88 may adjust individual member betting limits based on risk assessment without prior notice.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session or live bet, cekap88 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state using server-side records. cekap88's records shall be the final authority in resolving any disputes arising from technical issues. No liability is accepted for losses resulting from user-side connectivity failures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cekap88 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any such gains are considered invalid and must be returned.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of unlawful activities, or any other illegal purpose.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise distributing offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

cekap88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any balance pending investigation, and take appropriate legal action where warranted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cekap88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of cekap88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without cekap88's prior written consent.

The cekap88 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of cekap88 or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cekap88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform; or
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, cekap88's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall cekap88's total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

cekap88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose funds wagered.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your cekap88 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@cekap88.lat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

10.2 Termination by cekap88

cekap88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account with or without notice at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to termination include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, or regulatory requirements.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

11. Responsible Gaming

cekap88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. We believe gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

13. Amendments
